We are in need of someone to step forward and take her place as director. This is a wonderful ministry for our children and many blessings come from it. Please see Melissa Logan for further information or if you would like to help in this area.

Chimes 3-11-2010 Our church received a $850 donation this week from one of our neighbors who enjoys hearing the carillon bells playing each day. “...I want to express my appreciation for the lovely music that I frequently enjoy from my backyard. I love the beautiful church songs and they always make me stop and think of God’s love. I often sing along since you play some of my favorites. Please accept my small donation as a thank-you for sharing this special music with our neighborhood.”
And a few weeks ago…... On Wednesday morning there was a voice mail in the church office from a lady named Sheila. She was driving down Hwy 119 around 5 pm on Tuesday and heard the chimes playing. She just wanted to say thank-you to the church for the chimes as it was wonderful to hear the music after a long and stressful day. It’s such a small thing, but this is not the first time that the office has received comments regarding how the chimes have blessed someone in our community. |
